Positive: The location was spectacular, We walked back from climate pledge with no worries instead of $20 for a Lyft. Staff was friendly, although we did not like being next to a storage/laundry room. The door that connected the two rooms made me uncomfortable, especially with my kiddo and the late night conversations they were having, loudly. But all in all not bad. Breakfast time was crazy. They have a great selection! We had a mix of folks that stayed, some super friendly others not so much.. but every interaction with staff was great and that stood out throughout our overnight stay.
Negative: There was a lot of damage in the bathroom. We were next to the floors laundry/storage room so we heard folks late into the night. (Typically would be okay if it were just me but my kid was UP until the wee hours because of this). Paying for parking on top of the room was crazy, considering what I already paid. But I get businesses tryna keep up with be rising cost that we’re all experiencing.🤷‍♀️💕 All in all not bad.

Negative: No way to block out light in the room, only shear curtains. The street lights across the street were very bright and while they keep the outside very well lit it would have been nice to have a way to block out that light.

Positive: We booked for a night before a cruise. Location is great for that. Breakfast was perfect to get a substantial meal before heading for the cruise. All kinds of breakfast food, hot and cold with lots of variety.
Negative: Booked with a crib for our room and checked in at 7:30 pm. Front desk said they would send a crib to the room. We also needed the sofa bed for our other child but no sheets were on the bed. I had to physically go to the front desk several times to try to get some service. At one point they said housekeeping was at lunch. Finally I took my crying 7 month old to the front desk to show them how tired she was and that we really needed to get the kids to bed. It took 2 hours to get the crib and sheets.
